Laminate Countertop Warranty

Walsh Tops, Inc. warrants its laminate countertops, to the original consumer purchaser, to be free from defect in workmanship and material under normal use for one year from the original date of purchase. Walsh Tops, Inc. will repair or replace the defective laminate countertop, at the discretion of an authorized representative of Walsh Tops, Inc. Any labor costs associated with removing or reinstalling the countertops, including the cost of removal and re-installation of appliances, plumbing, and electrical components associated with a warranted countertop is not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or neglect of the laminate countertop. Variations in laminate patterns are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover any wear or deterioration that results from the natural aging of the countertops.
This warranty does not cover substrate swelling, delamination, or seam separation. Laminate countertop seams are not guaranteed against movement. Keeping seams and field joints clean and dry will help to ensure your countertop will perform properly.
This warranty does not cover burns, discoloration, cracks, or blistering caused by excessive heat. This warranty does not cover scratches, cut marks, or damage caused by harmful chemicals.
Caulking is considered routine maintenance and is to be addressed handled by the purchaser/owner. Caulking is not a warranted item.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from customer storage, transportation, or installation when the laminate countertops are not installed by Walsh Tops, Inc.
Walsh Tops, Inc. will not authorize any person to assume for us, any liability in connection with the sale of any laminate countertop.
Labor costs and/or monetary consideration of any kind are not covered under this warranty.
